Where clinics lose bookings

  • Texts after hours

A patient asks about Saturday at 9 PM. By the time someone replies the next morning, they've booked somewhere else.

  • Empty chairs

No-shows and forgotten appointments leave gaps that nobody had time to fill.

  • Clients who drift away

Your past clients liked you. Nobody had time to invite them back.

One front desk that never misses a text

Six jobs Latchline takes off your team's plate. Each one is working software today.

Text receptionist

Answers questions about your services, hours and availability in plain, friendly language, any time of day.

Online booking

A booking page with your services and hours. Patients pick a time; requests that can't be booked go to your team.

Reminders

Automatic reminders about a day before each appointment, so fewer people forget.

Win-back

A monthly invitation, by text or email, to past clients who haven't been in for a while. Anyone who opted out is skipped automatically.

Review requests

An email asking for a Google review about two hours after a completed visit. Nobody is asked again for 90 days.

Owner reporting

What the AI handled, what it handed to your team and who needs a call back, shared with you on a schedule we agree at setup.

One conversation, start to finish

  1. 1

    A patient texts your number

Any time, including nights and weekends.

  2. 2

    Latchline answers and offers times

It uses your services, hours and booking page, and it knows when to hand a conversation to a person.

  3. 3

    They book, and get reminded

A confirmation now and a reminder before the visit.

  4. 4

    Afterwards, a review request

By email, about two hours after the visit. If they don't come back for a while, a win-back invitation later.

Built for clinic rules

Careful by design

  • Opt-out on every message. STOP is honoured everywhere, and opted-out numbers are never texted again by any part of the system.
  • No prescription product names in texts. Carriers filter them, so Latchline blocks them before anything is sent.
  • Registered in your clinic's name. We file your carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) as part of setup. Approval usually takes 3 to 10 business days and can take more than one review.
  • No medical advice, and no prices by text. Clinical and pricing questions go straight to your team.

Questions owners ask

Do I need new software?

No. Patients text your Latchline number and book through your Latchline booking page. Your team gets the conversations that need a person.

Does it connect to my booking system?

Not yet. Two-way calendar sync with platforms like Boulevard, Zenoti and Aesthetic Record is coming but not built. Today, bookings run through Latchline's own booking page.

How soon can it start texting?

After your clinic's carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) is approved. That usually takes 3 to 10 business days and sometimes more than one review. We file it during setup and tell you as soon as it's approved.

What if the AI doesn't know the answer?

It hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing. It never gives medical advice and never quotes prices: those questions go to a person.

Can patients opt out?

Yes. Replying STOP opts them out of all texts, and the opt-out is permanent until they text START.

Is there a contract?
